This morning, when I went to download some photos I had taken with my point-and-shoot, I found some images that weren’t mine — 93 of them, to be exact. It wasn’t hard to guess into whose hands it had fallen, especially thanks to the self portraits toward the end. I’m secretly thrilled by the defocusing, disturbing the frame, rule of thirds, getting right up in there with her lens…
I’m not going to post them all, but chose a pretty representative sampling of her work.

Please tell Alexis she made my day! I had a great chuckle, now I have a big smile. She did a great job arranging her subjects! Like mother, like daughter!
I found out later that her brother had a big hand in the battle scene — of course!
That is hilarious.

Love to see that my niece and nephew are keeping you on your toes. They both have the Verges side in them – like to spend money and take pictures
Please tell Jonathan congratulations on his award. Hopefully he will send us his first CD. And tell Alexis she did a great job photographing animals. We look forward to having her come out and photograph our dogs, cows, horses, sheep and anything else.
