Kate, you made my day!!!   it was exactly the fluke mistake you describe a couple of years ago that got me hooked on out-of-focus.  I got really attached to an out-of-focus mistake when I paired it with a tack-sharp image of the same man, he was wearing a wild tropical print shirt that went all dreamy blur of bold colors.   now I try to shoot one every session, even if the client never sees it.</description>
